# En cas de blocage Adri, que faire ?

## Introduction

ADRI est un service de consultation médicale spécialisé dans l’orientation et la régulation des patients. En tant que professionnel de santé utilisant VitalOnLine, vous pouvez être confronté à un blocage ADRI, qui signifie que le patient a une consultation avec ADRI en cours ou que l’accès est restreint.

Rendez vous sur **Paramètres > Professionnel**

La case **Désactiver l'usage de la fonction ADRi** doit être décoché si jamais vous voulez que ça soit actif et comme **type d'appel,** laissez Appel systématique
